3.3 Shipping Fees

3.4 Customs Duties & Taxes

Once your order ships, a tracking number will be sent to your registered email. You can monitor delivery status online. We will provide replacement or full refund for confirmed lost or stolen packages during transit.
3.6 Undeliverable Packages
Packages returned to us due to incorrect address, unclaimed delivery, or customer refusal will not qualify for full refund. Customers may pay reshipping fees for redelivery or receive a partial refund excluding original shipping costs.
