To qualify for a return or refund, all items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in original packaging with all tags, accessories, and parts complete. Items with signs of wear, damage, stains, or missing components due to customer use will not be accepted for returns.

1.2 Non-Returnable Items

The following categories are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded:

  • Gift cards, digital items, and downloadable products

1.3 Return Application Process

Please contact our support team via store message before sending back any items. Kindly provide your order number, purchase date, and return reason. 1.4 Shipping Cost Responsibility

Customer-initiated returns (change of mind, wrong size, unwanted items): Customers are responsible for return shipping fees. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
